Last week I had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Sophie and her beautiful Frenchie 'Beau'.
This was my first time photographing a French Bulldog and she did not disappoint! They have big personalities for smaller dogs and Beau was no exception - full of energy and a natural poser as soon as my camera came out.
We met in the pretty woodlands of Norsey Woods, Billericay here in Essex and had a great day weather wise for the shoot as the sun was shining occasionally and created magical pockets of light amongst the trees.
This photo shoot for Sophie and Beau was a gift experience that Sophie's partner had kindly brought her as a Christmas present last year. As with all my shoots for the first half of this year, this one also had to be pushed back due to the Covid pandemic. My gift voucher experiences are very popular and even more so because they have no expiry date, so can be used whenever you wish.

Sophie admitted she was a little nervous at first about being camera shy but within 10 minutes this girl knew what she was doing! :)
Our hour flew by and it was such good fun! Sophie even ended up being a great little assistant towards the end in keeping super active Beau posed and camera ready.
Here are just some of the many images I captured from the session.
